Methods of Mellow is beyond excited to bring you new music from our long-time friend Altered Colours.

Landing just in time for those balmy summer days, 'Songs for Soft-Tops' is a lush, laid-back soundtrack to chilling in the park or cruising the sunbathed streets (top down).

Across the 4 track release, Song for Soft-Tops brings together elements of lush, unhurried UK street soul, on Comfort Street, the off-kilter funk of Green Lanes and Friday Street, and the chugged-out 80s synthwave of London Orbital.

Featuring on our 2021 compilation 'Greetings from Cloud Nine', it's a blessing to be able to share new music from Altered Colours. Coinciding with the launch of our new party-leaning offshoot Easy Feel, 'Songs for Soft-Tops' sits somewhere between dancefloor and downtime, with an extra helping of drivetime for good measure.
